As soon as you’ve registered an account at Au Vodka, you are automatically enrolled into The Gold Gang Loyalty Programme. By creating an Au Vodka account, you are also opting into marketing communications and Gold Gang updates.

Gold Gang points can be used as a virtual currency to redeem various store discounts, purchase products and rank up the tiers. Gold Gang points cannot be redeemed until the launch in mid-January. However, you can start earning points now.

Every time you make a purchase at Au Vodka, your points will be added to your account which can be viewed on your rewards page. These points
can then be used to redeem online store discounts. Points can also be used on purchases.

Please Note: You will not be able to redeem points until the launch of the programme in mid-January 2023.

Points may remain pending for up to 20 days. This is because some products may be returned, or due to other unforeseen circumstances.

No, you will not be demoted from your tier for spending points. Your points are there to be used.

‘Active Points’ displays the total number of points you have earned in the last 12 months. These points can be used to redeem discounts or be used on purchases.

'Lifetime Points' represents the total
number of points since joining The Gold Gang Loyalty Scheme. These points will determine your tier, and the extra benefits that arise from being in that tier.

Points can be viewed by logging in to your account and visiting the ‘My Rewards’ section.

Yes, active points expire after 12 months.
